Cap'n Penny opened the meeting by asking the Scribe to get the last minutes out to the Club as soon as possible
The current balance in the TPHC banking account is $1859, which does not include any new membership dues
The collection of current and future dues will be recorded in a receipt book and a receipt given to the membership for payment; each NSB member will carry a receipt book
Another email will be sent to the Club announcing the proposed dues structure and the benefits of membership
Cap'n Penny: All NSB members need to promote the Ichetucknee river run as multiple clubs will be attending (good exposure for TPHC)
Cap'nPenny: Please submit any questions that you want the NSB to pose to the group at the upcoming Florida retreat meeting in Orlando
First Mate Kathleen: Is it possible to add Pay Pal on our website (for those who wish to renew their membership electronically)?
The following upcoming events were discussed. Kathleen suggested that all events should be added to the website: 1) Ichnetucknee Multi-Club River Run, August 9, 2) 3rd Annual Florida Leader's Retreat, 3) Fall beach cleanup- date TBA, 4) MOTM, October 30-November 2 in Key West, 5) 3rd annual Spat festival, October 10-11, St. George Island, 6) Ronald McDonald Thanksgiving event, 7) North Florida Fair November 6-16 and TPHClub's involvement, 8) Luau for autism, October 10 at the car museum; WCTV will be advertising; tickets are $20; Purser said hotel arrangents are being made

All those in attendance had an opportunity to discuss oth-r matters. Angel mentioned that an adults-only party will be at the Lluveras' house on 08-08-08 in order to raise money/awareness of the American Heart Association. Salty is scheduled to play
